Seeking talents to join a training course for a law firm's associates to practice dispositions. Talents will serve as witnesses in a fake case. They will help the attorneys practice skills by allowing them to question talents in their role. The talents will be assigned a role or character, much like in a theater production, and they need to prepare for a "performance."

Talents will be assigned one or two witness characters to prepare for. Each character has a three to four-page document to help talents prepare. In a session, each participant (approx. six people) will have 10 minutes to question a talent as a witness.
